SUMMARY

Leads and develops a high-performing team of 4 to 8 employees with a strong emphasis on coaching, talent development, and performance excellence. Champions a member-centric culture by empowering staff to serve as trusted advisors, consistently delivering exceptional service that drives member satisfaction and loyalty.
Owns the strategic direction and daily operations of the branch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance targets. Oversees operational efficiency, risk management, and full compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Collaborates effectively across departments and within the branch network to optimize resources, streamline processes, and drive organizational success. Fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth, ensuring team engagement and development remain top priorities.
Serves as a visible leader within the community to enhance the credit union’s presence, expand market share, and support membership growth. Actively promotes the organization’s values through strategic community involvement and relationship-building efforts.

THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS $76,000-$96,000/YR. AND BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads a team of 4-8 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and development of employees; planning, delegation; Conduct regular performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
