Description

Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for managing all branch employees in all aspects of branch operations • Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and EBITDA targets • Overall responsibility for employee staffing levels and hiring/termination decisions • Lead person responsible for growth of branch business as well as identifying new areas of potential business • Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all branch employees • Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers • Work closely with executives to ensure branch goals are in strategic alignment with corporate goals • Responsible for personnel and department corrective action plans and discipline
