This role drives branch performance through proactive outreach, business development, and strong community engagement to help members improve their financial wellbeing. What You’ll Do Lead multi-site branch operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, daily workflow management, and operational excellence. Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop branch staff to drive performance, service quality, and compliance. Build strong member relationships through proactive outreach, needs assessment, and promotion of financial products and services. Support staff with complex member issues and serve as a backup for frontline roles as needed. Oversee community engagement and business development initiatives to support growth and visibility. Monitor branch performance metrics, implement strategies to meet goals, and maintain audit-ready compliance with all regulations. Manage branch facilities, cash operations, security procedures, supplies, and budget. Is This You? High School Diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in retail banking Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience with proven coaching and team-building skills Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance Strong knowledge of financial products, services, regulations, and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively with frequently changing priorities Preferred But Not Required: College degree, experience in lending, familiarity with Fiserv DNA, proficiency in MS Office Why Join Arbor?
