An established community bank in NYC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive branch success through customer service, operational excellence, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all daily operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of banking professionals to meet sales, service, and performance goals.
  • Serve as the face of the branch within the local community- building relationships with businesses, nonprofits, and residents to grow the bank’s presence and impact.
  • Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to grow deposits, loans, and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in lending, marketing, and operations to drive branch success.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and all federal/state banking regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail banking, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, consumer lending, and branch compliance.
  • Excellent comunication and team-building skills.
