ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking on behalf of our client an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead their retail mortgage branch in Rathfarnham. You will be responsible for driving business performance, managing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring achievement of sales and service targets.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and motivation to the branch team to maximise performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with all banking, mortgage, and regulatory requirements, including adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to grow the branch’s mortgage portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, resource planning, and cost control.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
