Description Branch Manager – Pecan Park| Location: 13831 Research Blvd, Austin, Tx 78757|Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:45PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45am-12:15pm Austin Telco is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our ATSA branch. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a member-first environment and is passionate about developing staff, driving operational excellence, and building strong community relationships. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring a secure, efficient, and member-focused environment. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff, including performance management, training, and career development. Promote digital banking tools and branch technology to enhance member education and service delivery. Maintain open communication with leadership and branch operations to align on goals, needs, and opportunities. Represent Austin Telco in the community by attending local events and building relationships to grow the member base. What You Bring: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a credit union or banking environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A commitment to member service and a positive, professional attitude.
