The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales and customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role requires strategic leadership and effective communication skills to enhance the branch's overall performance. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry. - Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations. - Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required. - Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. - Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
