The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the branch’s business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team to achieve operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a thorough understanding of financial services. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry. - Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations. - Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required. - Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. - Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
