As our Branch Manager, we are seeking a candidate who leads by example, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and serves as a role model for branch team members. This individual inspires and develops staff to achieve personal and organizational excellence and, as a member of the management team, ensures the delivery of superior member service by fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Interacts with Credit Union members, management, staff, volunteers, and outside vendors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service in all member interactions.
• Helps maintain the friendliest atmosphere possible in the Credit Union Office.
• Keeps members’ transactions and other member and Credit Union business in strictest confidence.
• Receives employees, members, and outside vendors personally or by telephone; determines the nature of the business and either transacts the request or refers the party to the suitable Credit Union personnel.
• Cross sells Credit Union services: explaining such matters as various types of accounts and supports all marketing promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Adheres to all Government and Credit Union Regulations and Policies.
