About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Bracknell Forest office. You’ll be responsible for listings, sales, and increasing market share – with a firm focus on performance, profile, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll lead from the front, list and sell homes, train and motivate your team, and be pivotal in developing new business, referral streams, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive residential listings, sales, and market share in your area.
Build the profile and brand presence of the office through boards, sponsorship, and local networking – become “the face of Bridges” in the community.
Manage and motivate a successful team to deliver outstanding results in the marketplace.
Maximise additional income through referrals – including mortgages, conveyancing, land, and lettings.
Drive recruitment – bringing in top talent for any department across the group.
Lead by example with a proven track record in valuations, listings, and fee generation.
Monitor sales progression and ensure exchange targets are consistently achieved.
Ensure your office delivers the highest service standards to clients, contacts, and the wider local community.
Champion and maintain compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the lettings team to grow landlord relationships that convert to long-term sales clients.
Support and execute company-wide initiatives and project work to help drive future growth.
