YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Management and Leadership: you have previous experience managing a profit center and leading a team, preferably in sales or tourism. You are known for your leadership, your ability to communicate effectively, and your passion for teamwork.

  • Driving License: you hold a valid driving license, you will be required to move vehicles for the operational needs of your branch.
  • Languages: you are fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English to serve our national and international clients.

Responsibilities
  • You will do everything necessary to provide an exceptional experience to both our national and international customers: daily management of the branch and fleet, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards, monitoring customer satisfaction indicators, and implementing improvement actions.
  • You will contribute to the commercial development and success of the branch: increasing revenue and profit margins, conducting competitive analysis, setting pricing strategies, local sales actions, and developing and retaining both B2B and B2C clients.
  • You will manage the branch operations teams: recruitment, training, development, planning, managing disciplinary issues, driving sales performance (briefings, weekly/monthly meetings, coaching…), and creating a stimulating work environment that fosters team spirit.
