Responsibilities

With the full support of our leadership team, you will take full ownership of the Mt Isa Branch, both sales and operation staff to deliver improved revenue and margin growth, while you own the P&L, ensure effective inventory control and drive a strong safety focus. Your hunger to build exceptional relationships, locally and across the business, will guarantee that business strategies and targets are set up to succeed.
You will direct the design and implementation of sales and operations plans to drive profitable growth in both a hands-on capacity and by optimising the performance of branch team.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will use your well-honed leadership skills to bring the team together, influence key people both inside and outside the business, and engage directly with prospective customers to manage existing and bring on new business.
