The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a self-driven individual with a strong background in Business Banking and Relationship Management. You should have experience with originating small business loans, proven credit knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. Your ability to profile customers, engage them in the sales process, and build effective relationships will be essential. Requirements * 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes. * Proven sales and outside calling skills. * Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities. * Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. * This position involves travel or driving; as the role requires frequent visits to client locations, off-site meetings, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with regular travel commitments. Compensation & Benefits: Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels. The anticipated salary range for the position is $61,000 to $92,000. In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs.
