We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team and oversee at our Edmonton South location.  About the Role: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, driving growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your strong problem-solving and leadership skills will be key to your success in this role.  Key Responsibilities:  * Oversee branch operations, including customer service, inventory management and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. * Coordinating with the outside sales team to ensure customer commitments and requirements are being achieved. * Establish a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and leading by example aligned with the company's core values. * The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners will be essential. * Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to drive individual and team growth. * Ensure that team members are trained and comply with company policies and operational procedures. Champion a workplace where safety comes first by consistently following health and safety principles. * Work closely with senior management to present and execute corporate strategies for the branch. Qualifications:  * 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a branch or operational management capacity. * Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and customer service excellence. * Exceptional communication, problem-solving skills and conflict resolution. * Experience managing inventory, warehousing and day-to-day branch operations. * Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve shared goals. * Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. * Proficiency with ERP system and Microsoft Office applications * Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Overview The Fastener Group (TFG) is a leading industrial distribution organization specializing in fasteners, tools, and industrial supplies, serving construction, manufacturing, and industrial customers across Western Canada.
