Branch Manager - North Lakes

In the role of Branch Manager, you’ll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB’s values at our North Lakes Branch. You will join our retail team who place a strong focus on delivering real results for customers while keeping things simple. 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Work quickly and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do 
• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction 
• Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities 
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time 
• Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
