Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: • Achieve and exceed all sales and business targets on the agreed plan and design strategies for the implementation of branch selling and promotional activities, including but not limited to assigning direct sales staff under the branch for outreaching activities. • Strive to become market leader in the local environment through formulating and implementing strategies that help the branch edge over competition in the local market. • Lead the team to acquire and maintain relationship with key customers from personal commercial & corporate segments. • Oversee branch staff engagement, development and thereby develop a high performance culture in the branch. • Build and maintain a high quality team with synergy, and motivate staff towards exceeding individual as well as branch common goals and objectives. • Oversee daily work of all staff in the branch to ensure smooth branch operation and service. • Ensure that the branch team is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures and achieve satisfactory audit rating. • Deliver quality service to customers and achieve Channel Service Index through meeting all service standards.
