Description Branch Managers are responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. This includes leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct reports creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability. Branch Managers are to lead a highly defined member engagement process, coaching specific behaviors that lead to enhanced member service experience and drives growth, while also driving accountability for operational excellence. As a Branch Manager, ensuring the execution of policy and procedures are aligned with applicable regulations is essential. Requirements Qualifications Desired: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Required: 5+ years of experience in financial operations or similar role 3+ years of leadership experience Ability to inspire a team where collaboration, adaptability and accountability to performance are critical to performance Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of coaching and developing staff Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism Ability to motivate and influence others Strong sales background Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and active listening skills. Ability to provide ongoing education and information to members about credit union products and services. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
