Position Overview We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and customer service excellence at our Reno, NV branch. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service. As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the branch team with effective communication, motivation, and clear performance expectations. Develop and implement strategies to meet growth and profitability goals. Manage all aspects of branch operations, including financial performance, personnel, inventory, and vendor relationships. Coach, train, and develop employees to ensure high performance and engagement. Review financial indicators to measure branch success and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, Hazmat, and employment regulations. Manage fleet resources to meet daily customer service and delivery requirements. Oversee warehouse slotting, storage layout, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities that reflect company standards. Collaborate with other Branch Managers and the Regional Operations Manager to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the region.
