We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead the financial and operational performance of our branch. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering strong business outcomes while creating a safe, productive, and customer-focused culture.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving branch sales, EBIT, and operational performance targets while ensuring high service levels and strong inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial & Commercial Leadership

  • Drive branch profitability through ownership of Sales, Opex, and EBIT performance.
  • Develop and execute branch operating plans that balance growth with cost control.
  • Monitor financial results and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance margins.

Sales Growth & Customer Focus

  • Support external sales teams to grow existing customer accounts and win new business.
  • Partner with Coregas and BSJ sales teams to drive gas sales growth.
  • Ensure operational capabilities align with customer requirements and sales strategies.
  • Foster a culture of outstanding customer service and issue resolution.

Warehouse & Operational Management

  • Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and delivery readiness.
  • Maintain high service levels while continuously improving operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
  • Drive housekeeping, workflow improvements, and operational excellence.

Inventory, Product & Supplier Management

  • Own stock accuracy, inventory integrity, and stock availability.
  • Reduce stock-outs, aged inventory, and slow-moving stock.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply, product quality, and competitive commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of approximately 15 employees.
  • Develop team capability, succession plans, and individual performance.
  • Create an engaged, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
  • Ensure training, compliance, and licensing requirements are maintained.
