QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engaging leadership style with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Landscape Management, or related field strongly preferred (Associates Degree + experience considered).
  • 57 years experience in professional landscape management, including leadership of other managers.
  • Strong knowledge of regional horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance (preferred).
  • Exceptional client service mindset and communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
