BRANCH MANAGER

Our client, a leading provider within employment services, is seeking a Branch Manager (Monday to Friday) to oversee their Dublin City location. You will manage a team who support individuals with employment, develop valuable skills, and secure career opportunities.
As Branch Manager you will manage a team to achieve financial targets while maintaining high standards of service for both clients and local employers. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on relationship management, and a commitment to continuous development. You will report into the Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS BRANCH MANAGER ROLE:

• 3-5 years of store or branch management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets ideally from a store retail backround.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change and implement new initiatives.
• A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach with a commitment to team development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent sales skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS BRANCH MANAGER ROLE:

• Lead, support, and develop a team, ensuring efficient caseload allocation and performance management.
• Maintain service excellence through compliance checks, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Manage budgets and P&L to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, including safeguarding and health and safety.
• Provide support, career development advice, and skills training to clients, contributing to community growth initiatives.
