Description

Key responsibilities will be managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining food/service quality, and achieving sales goals, handles scheduling, training, inventory, customer relations and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. The Manager will be assigned to the designated store in Paranaque area and succeeding stores to be opened. College graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field At least 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with proven managerial or supervisory experience Experience managing or overseeing multiple branches or locations is preferred Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, and business targets effectively Experience working in franchise operations is an advantage, but not required
