First Supply is looking for a motivated and results-oriented leader to oversee one of our distribution branches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment who is ready to take on full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and team development. As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving business success while serving as the local leader for both our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve financial objectives set by the Regional General Manager and approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Regularly review and analyze financial and operational reports, monitoring department performance to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Partner with Corporate Credit to assist in customer account collections.
  • Approve wage, bonus, and commission structures within budgetary limits, coordinating with regional management.
  • Collaborate on capital expenditure requests, working within budgetary constraints and corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management to align with sales, cash flow, and financial objectives, ensuring optimal product availability and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations across branches, ensuring managers and supervisors execute tasks consistently with corporate policies and objectives.
  • Direct all branch activities, including sales, distribution, delivery, pricing, accounting, and customer service functions.
  • Act as the primary leader responsible for efficient, cost-effective facility operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate on budget preparation and sales forecasts with the Regional General Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the local management representative for customer issues and feedback.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, participating in trade shows, conventions, and seminars as appropriate or directed.
  • Enforce and implement corporate-directed programs across marketing, sales, purchasing, distribution, accounting/finance, human resources, and safety.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure alignment with branch and corporate objectives.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are adhered to in the branch.
  • Support the coaching and development of facility staff, ensuring consistent training.
  • Perform supervisory duties, promoting a culture of accountability and inclusion consistent with company core values.
  • Build a strong, engaged team through mentoring, performance feedback, and training support.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned to support overall branch and corporate goals
