Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Branch Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and promoting our comprehensive range of banking products and services to both new and existing customers. Your ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships will be key in achieving branch sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry. Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations. Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required. Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas. Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
