We’re now looking for a Branch Manager to join our friendly team in Newton Aycliffe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the daily operations of the branch.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and sent to the correct departments promptly.
  • Supporting and coaching the sales team to provide the right parts to the right customers.
  • Implementing product updates and amendments immediately.
  • Answering telephone calls promptly and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Boosting sales through related product recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitoring competitor activity to help grow our market share.
  • Reporting to your Area Manager, providing customer feedback and market insights.
