The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role within our landscape company, ensuring the highest standards of curb appeal and grass health across various properties. This leadership position involves overseeing, coordinating, and directing the activities of our branch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License required and insurable under our company policy
  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment.
  • Able to supervise up to four commercial crews or five residential crews simultaneously.
  • Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Possesses excellent computer skills.
  • Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Continually informs and updates leadership as to job progress on accounts (or lack thereof).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all managed properties.
  • Lead, train, and support maintenance crews in daily operational tasks.
  • Ensure all landscaping projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Enforce strict safety standards for team members, especially when handling equipment.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and achievement of company’s annual budget goals.
  • Ensures that all equipment is maintained properly and preventatively maintained daily.
  • Leverages technology to communicate with leadership and clients, to communicate and bill customers.
