WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in a distribution setting.
  • Supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Mechanical knowledge to help troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors

Responsibilities
  • Successfully implement and achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives within the Permian Basin
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, field operations, dispatch (Drivers), equipment repair and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth within managerial staff, drivers, warehouse and admin staff. and retention of all employees
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands, in field and on site.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders.
