About the Role The Branch Manager leads all aspects of retail branch operations, ensuring strong customer experience, operational excellence, compliance, and business growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations, develop staff, and drive performance in alignment with regional goals. What You’ll Do Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Open and manage a full range of consumer and business accounts in accordance with KYC/AML standards Support teller line operations and ensure smooth frontline service delivery Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service and timely issue resolution Lead business development efforts, including community engagement and CRA initiatives Coach, develop, and manage branch staff to support performance and growth Monitor and achieve branch KPIs, productivity, and profitability goals Address audit findings, manage risk, and ensure ongoing staff training Maintain a strong on-site presence to lead operations and support the team What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance, and customer service Experience opening consumer and business accounts and understanding required documentation Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop employees Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
