JOB OVERVIEW:

Care For Life is a leading home care agency dedicated to helping older adults continue to live at home. We provide personalized home care services and solutions to fit the family.
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated and dedicated Branch Manager to join our team. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency. This role includes managing a team of administrative staff and clinical personnel, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving business growth through client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills with experience in home health care or a similar healthcare setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of home care regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven experience in managing teams and growing a business.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing teams and established ability in conflict resolution and team building
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Develop and foster an environment that encourages team members to provide an exceptional customer experience, and a dynamic and engaging culture.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to ensure a well-trained and motivated workforce.
  • Foster a positive, energized and supportive workplace culture while encouraging professional development through training and coaching.
  • Operational Management:
  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the branch, including scheduling, client intake, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to agency policies, local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the branch’s services, staff productivity, and overall performance.
  • On-Call phone support as needed
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and implement innovative branch specific strategies to drive client acquisition, improve revenue and grow the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and service expansion.
  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee the branch’s budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare and present reports on financial performance, staffing levels, and client satisfaction with senior management.
  • Manage billing and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, certifications, and home health care standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance programs, ensuring continuous improvement in the delivery of care.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and innovations.
