This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive branch performance, build strong customer relationships, and lead a capable team to deliver outstanding results. Job Description In this role, you’ll take the reins of the Christchurch branch, leading operations, people, and performance to deliver exceptional results for Timpack’s customers and team. Key responsibilities include: Leading all branch operations with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and quality Building and maintaining key customer relationships while growing market share Driving production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 15 Owning budgets, reporting, and financial performance Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Creating a positive, high-performing team culture Qualifications What you’ll bring: We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who can drive results, inspire their team, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
