Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch
  • Conduct the operational rhythm of the branch properly and with discipline
  • Lead the sales team to achieve the branch target
  • Ensure service operations activities follow governance policies to mitigate risks
  • Customer-centric

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Has a minimum 12 years of experience working in Premier Banking Segment as a leader
  • Has a minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • Remain active in investment and/or insurance accreditation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Financial Markets, and Investment Products.
