As a Branch Manager your job is to direct, promote and coordinate branch operations in such a manner that will provide outstanding customer service, optimize branch market share and profitability, ensure operational productivity standards are met or exceeded, and achieve the branch’s overall mission and goals. Key to the achievement of the above it is critical to create and maintain a culture that is friendly, proactive, helpful and exceeding expectations in the performance of our customer service.
