Description ICM Solutions is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Phoenix, AZ operations. As a rapidly growing equipment dealer serving the mining, aggregates, and paving industries throughout the Mountain West, ICM offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while helping customers maximize equipment uptime and productivity. Key Responsibilities Lead all branch operations (Parts and Service) with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability Manage, coach, and develop Parts and Service team members, including performance management and employee development Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow management, and delivery of high-quality service to customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving escalated service and operational concerns Oversee parts operations, inventory processes, shipping, receiving, and customer support activities Partner with Sales, Rental, Parts, and Service teams to drive business results and enhance the customer experience Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with ICM’s business objectives and customer support goals Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and branch performance Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility that reflects ICM's standards and values Requirements 4-year college degree (preferred but not required) 7+ years of direct managerial and team building skills experience Ability to recruit, train, manage, and mentor a high-functioning and effective team Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, motivated, and results driven to act independently and with minimal direction Ability to think critically to solve problems in a complex work environment with urgency and agility Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills Financial literacy and business acumen Proficient in Windows, Microsoft applications, and related business systems Why ICM Solutions?
