We are known for quality craftsmanship, operational reliability, and a customer-first mindset.  As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ft. Worth operation and drive performance across sales, service, production, and administration. This is a senior leadership role with full operational ownership visibility to executive leadership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.  Summary: The Branch Manager has full responsibility to the performance of the Ft. Worth location, including sales, service, parts, production, paint and administration.  This role sets the strategic direction for the branch, owns the P&L, develops high performing teams, and ensures customers receive best-in-class service.  You will work closely with executive leadership to execute growth strategies, optimize operations, and continuously improve processes using lean and data-drive practices.  Reporting Relationships: * Direct reporting to Chief Operations Officer * Indirectly reporting to Vice President of Sales Responsibilities: * Provide overall leadership for all branch departments, setting clear goals, expectations, and accountability.  * Establish and execute strategic growth, profitability, and operational plans aligned with corporate objectives.  * Build, coach, and retain a high performing leadership and frontline team.  * Own branch P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and corrective action plans.  * Review and approve quotes, cost reports, margin analysis, and commission reports.  * Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and working capital targets. * Partner with Accounts Receivable to support timely customer collections. * Forecast sales, manage the sales funnel, and review weekly opportunity and activity reports.  * Collaborate with VP of Sales to set individual sales plans and conduct quarterly performance reviews.  * Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and on-time commitments. * Oversee Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and ensure accurate data and staffing alignment.  * Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and process optimization.  * Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards and maintain facility excellence. * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial controls. * Approve expenses and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. Experience, Education and Skills: * The successful candidate will have a degree in business, engineering or related field  * 10 to 15 years’ of leadership experience in commercial service trucks, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or similar industry * Proven success managing multi-department operations with full P&L responsibility. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organization skills. * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
