Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager II who is an experienced leader with a track record of building engaged, focused teams and developing high performers. The right candidate will have a sense of urgency, the ability to improve operational efficiency through thoughtful process improvement, and a strong commitment to delivering best in class service. What You Will Do: The core responsibility is the effective and efficient management of our North Oxnard branch. This is a highly visible position where success will have a significant impact on the organization. Must develop, coach, and lead the branch team to meet key performance indicators including member satisfaction, efficiency and staffing retention and utilization. Expected to continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, and close performance gaps while meeting established goals. Acts as a champion for change within the branch, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the member experience and team member engagement. Will establish and maintain effective and professional business relations with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for analyzing and preparing data to measure and report performance. Requirements We Are Looking For: Five years of progressive experience in a branch with a proven leadership record of accomplishment Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements Proven leadership, management, and motivational skills; ability to inspire others to achieve excellence Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment Strong oral and written communication skills, including ease in presenting information to a group Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office Leadership: You build trust and demonstrate integrity with noticeable congruence between words and actions. You will organize and influence others to believe in a vision, while creating a sense of direction. Teamwork: Your leadership style emphasizes the importance of teamwork, while encouraging individuals to learn and grow. Coach: You guide and motivate the Branch staff to promote a culture focused on protecting our members’ assets while delivering best in class service. Judgement: You make exact decisions about business policies, managing risks and ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements.
