Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to drive sales and deliver exceptional service throughout the property acquisition process.
• Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market and proactively engage with potential clients.
• Guide clients through various real estate transactions, ensuring transparency and satisfaction at each stage.
• Conduct property showings and attend viewings with clients as required.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight our properties and services tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations and support business objectives.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a property developer or within the real estate sector.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an ONSITE, target-driven environment.
