Description
  • Get the warehouse fully up and running across receipting, picking, packing, dispatch and returns
  • Keep customer orders moving in full and on time
  • Plan inbound and outbound freight, local deliveries, carriers and inter-branch transfers
  • Lead, support and develop the Melbourne team
  • Work alongside the team when needed, including picking, packing and loading
  • Plan workloads and bring in additional labour when volumes require it
  • Keep stock accurate and our mouldings and timber products well looked after
  • Take ownership of site safety, including toolbox talks and safety walks
  • Work closely with our Sydney operations, planning and logistics teams
  • Find simpler, smarter ways of working and build the procedures the DC will run on
