Location: Nationwide (Remote or Hybrid with Office Support)
Ion Mortgage and Lending is expanding! We’re looking for an ambitious, driven Branch Manager to lead, grow, and scale a high-performing mortgage branch. Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, build, and manage a team of loan officers.
  • Drive production and maintain a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Grow branch volume and profitability through leadership, mentorship, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or high-producing Loan Officer in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong leadership and recruiting skills.
  • Established track record of personal and team production.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow and manage a branch P&L.
