The role We’re seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead our Keilor Park branch. You’ll be a hands-on leader with a commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit — someone who inspires teams, delivers exceptional customer service and drives strong business results. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of branch performance including sales, margin, profitability, operations and safety. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the branch team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales and margin targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal sales teams. Manage day-to-day branch operations including inventory, supply chain coordination, merchandising and cost control. Drive revenue growth through proactive sales management, pricing and commercial negotiation. Maintain high standards of workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. About you Proven leadership experience in retail, trade distribution or electrical wholesaling. Commercially astute with a strong focus on sales, margins and operational excellence. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
