Description About the Role Killbuck Savings Bank is looking for a community-minded full time Branch Manager to lead our local banking team at our Wooster, Ohio location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting a close-knit staff, and helping neighbors meet their financial goals. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the retail operations at the branch office according to Bank policy and developing new business. The Branch Manager will lead daily operations, mentor employees, and create an environment where the branch runs efficiently and customers are well served. We have 12 full-service branches - in Killbuck, Berlin, Mt. Hope, Millersburg, Sugarcreek, Fredericksburg, Danville, Kidron, Wooster and Apple Valley - and proudly serve Holmes, Knox, Wayne and Tuscarawas counties. Requirements What You’ll Do · Lead and support branch employees in providing friendly, reliable customer service. · Manage day-to-day branch operations, from opening/closing to cash handling. · Work with local businesses and community members to build lasting relationships. · Promote our banking services and help customers find the right financial solutions. · Ensure the branch follows banking policies and regulations. · Solve problems with a customer-first approach. · Serve as Notary Public for Branch Office · Attend monthly Branch Manager Meeting What We’re Looking For · Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Advanced overall knowledge of deposit accounts, loan accounts, compliance policy, security policy and accounting. Previous banking experience, with some time in a supervisor or leadership role. · Strong Leadership – Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. · Banking & Financial Knowledge – Solid understanding of banking products, services, and financial principles. · Customer Focus – Dedicated to delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships. · Business Growth Mindset – Skilled in driving sales, meeting branch goals, and supporting community growth. · Regulatory Awareness – Knowledge of compliance standards, risk management, and internal controls. · Operational Excellence – Experienced in streamlining processes and keeping daily branch operations running smoothly. · Good Judgment – Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle challenges and make strategic choices. · Clear Communication – Professional, approachable communication with staff, customers, and leadership. · Technology Skills – Comfortable using banking systems, digital tools, and modern technology.
