Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants and support staff
  • Set and monitor individual and branch-wide KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • Provide regular coaching, 1-2-1s, and performance feedback
  • Foster a positive and high-performing office culture
  • Drive accountability and manage performance in line with company expectations
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver strategic goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through business development
  • Advertise vacancies across various platforms and conduct candidate sourcing
  • Interview and pre-screen candidates, aligning them to client requirements
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Provide a consultative approach to both clients and candidates on market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends
  • Negotiate terms, fees, and salaries between clients and candidates
  • Ensure compliance, referencing, and right-to-work checks are completed
  • Track performance through CRM and reporting systems
