We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead the way at Bennetts Car Parts in our Corby branch. In this role, you’ll be running the show, driving performance, supporting your team, and making sure our customers get excellent service every time. From sales and logistics to team development and customer satisfaction, you’ll be across it all. • Leading, motivating, and supporting your team
• Taking charge of all things sales, service, and operations
• Getting involved in HR tasks like hiring, training, performance reviews, and planning for the future
• Making sure the branch is safe and up to standard
• Keeping the focus on great customer service and making sure every customer has a positive experience
• Working closely with our field teams to spot opportunities and grow customer relationships
