An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, sales and customer focused individual to apply for the position of Branch Manager at our Leeds Branch.
Previous experience of managing a team, working to targets and delivery of excellent customer service is essential; an interest in hair and beauty would also be ideal.
In addition you should possess IT skills, be able to motivate your team, have the drive to grow the business and positively impact on the customer experience. You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to work efficiently as a part of a small team.
We are looking for individuals who can:
· Manage, train and motivate staff and ensure efficient running of the branch
· Promote new product ranges positively
· Complete weekly sales activities in order to increase sales
· Be able to analyse sales figures to identify trends and plan future sales to maximise profits
· Ensure excellent customer service at all times, both individually and as a team
· Add customer value by demonstrating good product knowledge with customers
· Manage branch stock levels accurately using appropriate systems
· Carry out post visit satisfaction calls with customers
· Ensure completion of all paperwork relating to the management of the branch
· Monitor local competition, and maintain an awareness of market trends
· Manage the presentation and the security of the branch
· Drive and be able to carry out deliveries to outlying customers as part of the wider team
