JOB SUMMARY..

We are looking for a Branch Manager for a well-established local business with a strong store network throughout southwestern BC. This is a small light industrial services business operating throughout the week. The work processes are standardized, and training is well supported by the Company. The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to ensure adequate resources are available and trained to operate the branch and support customers safely and properly. Basic warehouse equipment includes forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Lead, Hire, Train, and staff for key jobs.
• Ensure Administrative processes are accurately completed in a timely manner. Although staff handle some of these functions, you must learn the full administrative cycle and oversee for accuracy.
• Monitor staff for correct Operating Procedures and compliance with safety and Commercial Vehicle Safety regulations.
• Lead Monthly Safety Meetings.
• Oversee Equipment Maintenance and Servicing with the existing service team.
• Liaise with Customers and ensure they’re properly serviced and supported.
• Represent the Company in the community and maintaining our excellent reputation.
