Here's what you can expect:

• Leadership and responsibility: You will take over the management of our branch and be responsible for achieving our goals and implementing our strategy. With a team of six, you will actively shape change processes and support their development.
• Sales and teamwork: As the face of Quirin Private Bank in the region, you invest a significant portion of your time in acquisition and networking. You act as a player-coach and mentor for your team, celebrating sales successes together.
• Independent advice : You personally handle complex mandates. You value honest, independent advice – supported by technology with our interactive tool 'Q-Navigator', but always with heart and mind. For specialized solutions, you draw on your extensive network of lawyers, tax advisors, and other professionals.
• Design and freedom : Your expertise is in demand. You will work across branches on the further development of Quirin Private Bank – from products and processes to technologies. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes ensure the necessary speed.
