Your tasks

• You will assume overall responsibility for achieving the operational targets of your branch or branch network in the area of ​​personal banking.
• You manage the sales and service profiles in personal banking, including customer service, in your assigned branch or branch network – in a disciplinary and/or professional capacity.
• They are responsible for the initiation and implementation of systematic sales processes, initiatives and measures.
• They tap into the customer potential in personal banking through accompanying leadership, the expansion of activities in lead management, and their own sales performance.
• You bear overall operational responsibility for branch operations at all locations within your branch network (e.g., cashier operations/valuables handling, customer service, opening to the public, self-service area).
• You are the first point of contact in your branch or branch network for all sales channels (mobile sales, regional advisory centers, DVAG, digital sales, etc.) and are responsible for expanding the partnership.
• You assume overall responsibility for the risk portfolio and the quality of advice provided by your branch or branch network in the personal banking customer segment.
• They promote cross-departmental and cross-segment collaboration in line with the One Bank concept.
• They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Your skills and experience

• You have completed training as a bank clerk and possibly have further qualifications, and you possess a strong basic understanding of all areas of expertise within the range of services offered in personal banking.
• They possess an exemplary customer and service orientation, and they interact with their customers in a confident, competent and friendly manner.
• They demonstrate a very high degree of initiative and assertiveness and are skilled in goal- and results-oriented leadership of team members, including a willingness to develop and promote employees.
• You enjoy working in a team, demonstrate strong social skills including communication abilities, and are able to use imagination and creativity to provide new impetus to ensure your team achieves its goals.
• They possess strong analytical skills and are able to derive solution-oriented measures from their findings, and maintain an overview even under high workloads in order to work in a goal-oriented manner.
