As Branch Manager (m/f/d), you will assume financial and personnel responsibility for our Stuttgart branch. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor revenue and cost development, and make decisions that directly impact the branch's success. You will provide professional and disciplinary leadership to your team and ensure seamless integration of sales, recruiting, and customer service. You will navigate between strategic planning and day-to-day operations, maintaining a clear overview of both simultaneously.

These are your tasks:

Management, establishment and further development of the Stuttgart location
Taking over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR managers and trainees at the location
Support in the implementation of strategic decisions
Recruitment and support of applicants, employees and customers in the social sector, as well as sales activities in the office and in the field.
Management of all operational processes including budgeting and controlling

You bring the following:

A completed commercial vocational training and/or a completed business administration degree
Several years of experience in sales and personnel planning at a personnel service provider (temporary employment) and ideally initial management responsibility
Solid knowledge of the common programs of the MS Office suite as well as Zvoove PDL and Talention
Flexibility, reliability, entrepreneurial thinking, and a structured, self-organized and goal-oriented work style combined with an intrinsically motivated personality.
Driving licence class B
