The position requires the Branch Manager to establish and maintain strategic customer relationships, together with the ability to lead and motivate a team; be flexible to work at all levels within the branch and be hands-on when required.

Work Eligibility:

• Manage the functional responsibilities and processes of the branch in the areas of administration, sales and marketing and ensure top levels of customer service are delivered
• Assist in the development and implementation of the branch’s Business Plan and budget
• Manage the Branch’s budget and financial processes to achieve (or better) the profitability requirements of monthly and annual budgets
• Manage and supervise staff within the branch including assisting with recruitment and selection, induction, training and development, performance management
• Approve and process creditor invoices
• Supervise stock orders and receipts
• Supervise accurate creation of Bill of Materials
• Conduct stock audits
• Supervise company stock take at branch level
• Provide a formal report to immediate Manager
• Responsible for petty cash expenditure and reimbursement
• Assist in the development of the Branch Budget
• Provide weekly revenue and forecast to immediate Manager
• Ensure debtors are controlled to within acceptable guidelines
• Ensure security of all Company assets
• Develop, manage and adhere to regular call regime for external sales
