SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer lending industry, managing a team, maintaining sales goals, and working with a high sense of urgency. In this role you will focus on training and coaching your employees, making lending decisions, maintaining a low delinquency rate, and upholding strategic sales initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry.
  • Experience in a management position for 2+ years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports.
  • Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.
