Inter-Island Solar Supply is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the overall performance of our branch. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, financial and inventory management, personnel supervision, and customer relations. This role requires close collaboration with the General Manager and other Branch Managers to ensure the branch meets its operational and financial goals.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 Financial Management
o Maintain full responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the branch.
o Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
 Review daily sales data via various reports (sales history, etc).
o Monitor branch expenses and revenues, ensuring cost-efficiency.
 Inventory Planning
o Utilize customer forecasts to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
o Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
 Review weekly Inventory value report by branch
 Personnel Management
o Supervise the customer service and warehousing teams, ensuring they meet
performance standards.
o Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members as needed.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and address any personnel issues promptly.
 Key Account Relationship Management
o Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers.
 Review weekly sales history report to determine which customers to
increase communications, or build relationships.
 Review Customer Ranking report to determine highest performing
customers and build a sales strategy.
 Update open opportunities.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and
support.
 Technical Support Facilitation
o Coordinate technical support for customers, ensuring they receive accurate and
timely assistance.
o Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and best practices to provide
informed guidance.

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM Work Location: In person, Kahului, Maui Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
 A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing a wholesale distribution entity within the
construction industry.
 Practical experience and knowledge in solar, electrical, plumbing, and/or general
contracting, with a strong emphasis on design, installation best practices, and product
knowledge.
 Familiarity or hands-on experience with energy storage batteries is highly desirable.
 Strong decision-making skills, common sense, and sound judgment in customer
interactions.
 Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and efficiently prioritize multiple tasks.
 A strong interest in renewable energy policy, environmental issues, and public service is
preferred.
 Have a valid driver license.
 Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software).
 Working knowledge of office equipment including hardware peripherals and networking.
 Thorough understanding of talent management practices.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office.
Education and Experience:
 High school diploma or associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in a
related field (Business, Construction Management, etc).
 At least three+ years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
 Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
